Registering Online
1.        You must use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your internet browser. If your browser asks to save your login credentials, please select ‘Never’ or ‘Not Now’ as these credentials will not work in the future.
2.        For your increased protection, after clicking the final “next” box on your registration you will be redirected to Options Travel’s secure webpage to enter your credit card details. Your registration will not be completed until you complete the form and hit “submit”. You will see a pop up that reads “Thank you, we have received your credit card details and registration request.” this will verify your registration was submitted. If you do not get this message, your online registration did not go through.
3.        Upon completion of your registration, you will be receiving an acknowledgment email from Options Travel within 72 hours. If you do not receive confirmation within this time period, your registration may not have gone through. In this case, please contact Options Travel at 800-899-4380, 847-803-3064 or captive@optionstravel.com  (please reference Raffles in the subject line) to verify the status of your registration. After registering online, any additional changes will need to be made by contacting Options Travel.
