Dear Raffles Partners,

Registration for the Raffles Insurance Limited Board of Directors Meeting on September 30 – October 4, 2022 at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada is now open! For your convenience, we have included a PDF of the Board of Directors Meeting registration information.

The deadline for registration is Monday, August 15, 2022.

As of June 2022, air passengers will not need to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test result or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 to board a flight back to the U.S. The CDC guidance is subject to change, so please check that website prior to the meeting. As of June 2022, you must be FULLY VACCINATED to enter Canada.
Please refer to the additional “COVID-19 Safety Protocols and Procedures” document attached to this email for further details specific to travel between the U.S. and Canada, including entry and departure requirements, as well as regulations and protocols in place in Vancouver.

Registering Online
1. You must use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your internet browser. If your browser asks to save your login credentials, please select ‘Never’ or ‘Not Now’ as these credentials will not work in the future.
2. For your increased protection, after clicking the final “next” box on your registration you will be redirected to Options Travel’s secure webpage to enter your credit card details. Your registration will not be completed until you complete the form and hit “submit”. You will see a pop up that reads “Thank you, we have received your credit card details and registration request.” this will verify your registration was submitted. If you do not get this message, your online registration did not go through.
3. Upon completion of your registration, you will receive an immediate confirmation from Captive Resources. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your registration may not have gone through.

If you have requested assistance with booking flights or hotel reservations, you will be contacted by Options Travel within 72 hours. If you are not contacted within this time frame, please contact them to verify receipt at 800-899-4380, 847-803-3064 or captive@optionstravel.com (please reference Raffles in the subject line) to verify the status of your registration. After registering online, any additional changes will need to be made by contacting Options Travel.
