This past year has presented both unexpected and unparalleled challenges to the workforce. Responding to the risks of the COVID-19 pandemic, transitioning to a primarily remote workforce, navigating fiscal responsibility of a major economic downturn and managing the fears, anxieties and concerns of employees, companies from top to bottom have had to redefine their priorities and definitions of well-being and adaptive functioning. Compounding these challenges, a host of other social stressors from marked civil unrest to marked polarization on issues related to COVID response, have been superimposed on an already stressed workforce. These challenges are and remain substantial. This webinar discusses best practices in managing the emotional and psychological well-being of employees amidst the challenges of this past year and into 2022, with special attention to common concerns around anxiety, depression, fears of returning to the office, managing hostility, and maximizing resilience towards adapting to the next normal.
