Being part of a captive program offers members the unique opportunity to “have a seat at the table” when engaged in workers’ compensation mediations. This webinar will discuss what captive members should do when preparing for mediations and what questions members should ask of the adjusters and their lawyers prior to the mediation. Likewise, it will help members prepare for answers they may need to answer when preparing.

How to Register:

2. Check the box next to each session you’d like to attend.
3. Click “REGISTER” at the bottom of the page.
4. Check your inbox; a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided for each registered session.
